Quality Surveillance Services (SQS) 

Tenere Consulting Ltd. provides clients with senior Supplier Quality Surveillance (SQS) specialists who assist with compliance, reviewing, and evaluating of engineering scope, procurement, and manufacturing operations in large scale industrial projects.

Key Quality Surveillance Services (SQS) Include

• Review of all relevant RFQs, including all docs pertaining to RFQ (Preliminary PO, SDRL, SQR)
• Participate in the relevant document review cycles as dictated by engineering reps
• Review of all relevant docs in relation to a given P.O. (P.O. ack., technical requisition, relevant datasheets, and coded drawings)
• Issue assignment for relevant inspection locations at vendor sites, and sub-vendor sites
• Co-ordinate third-party inspectors (TPI), including reporting, PAL tracking, and timesheet management
• Participate/lead pre-fabrication meetings (PFM). Include lessons learned from previous orders, and any site lessons learned when provided
• Co-ordinate inspectors and vendor requests (PFM, interim inspections, FATs, final, and any emergency/last-minute visits)
• Carry out in-person inspections as needed (problem vendors, last-minute requests)
  Liaise with vendors/sub-vendors (inspections, scheduling, expediting), and client's engineers on various ongoing issues
• Participate in yard integration activities including assisting inspectors and suppliers reps in completing the yard work scope (PAL, Integration testing assistance, Punch list (PL) tracking/closeout, shipping/logistical issues)
• Assist the client in site related PL closeout, and lessons learned for future orders, with the aim to eliminate future issues
• Participate in PO closeouts
